Mr. Steinhardt is an experienced trial attorney who previously served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Anne Arundel County for nearly four years. In his career as a prosecutor, Mr. Steinhardt prosecuted hundreds of cases in both the District Court and Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, including felonies, misdemeanors and juvenile matters. While a prosecutor, Mr. Steinhardt served as the senior member of the Property Crimes Trial Team in Anne Arundel County Circuit Court. Mr. Steinhardt has significant jury trial experience during his successful career as a prosecutor.

Mr. Steinhardt graduated Magna Cum Laude from George Washington University (B.A. 2002). He graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D. 2005), where he was accepted onto the National Trial Team. Mr. Steinhardt also became an Associate Editor of the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy.

Mr. Steinhardt is admitted to the Maryland State Bar, United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and is a member of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.

Mr. Steinhardt practices in the areas of environmental litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, product liability and civil litigation.
