Mr. Holtz began his career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Pamela L. North, Associate Judge of the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court, in Annapolis, Maryland. After finishing his clerkship, Mr. Holtz worked for a year and a half as Associate Counsel at the Board of Veterans’ Appeals in Washington, D.C., a division of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, providing counsel to and writing decisions on
behalf of Veterans Law Judges regarding veterans’ benefits.
Mr. Holtz graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi (B.A. 2003). He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law (J.D. 2007), where he was Developmental Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal. During his time in law school, Mr. Holtz argued a case before the Mississippi Court of Appeals and spent time working as a law clerk for civil litigation firms, a public defender, and the Innocence Project - New Orleans.
Mr. Holtz is admitted to the Maryland State Bar, and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
Mr. Holtz practices in the areas of medical malpractice , criminal defense , product liability and environmental litigation.
