Stacey B. Rice
Ms. Rice clerked for the Honorable Clayton Greene, Jr. on the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County before spending four years as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Anne Arundel County. After several years in private practice, she joined Brassel Alexander & Rice in 2012, bringing her family law practice to the firm. Ms. Rice serves as an officer on the Board of Trustees for the Anne Arundel County Bar Association and is the Bar Association President Elect. Ms. Rice is a member of the Judicial Nominating Commission, was involved in developing proposed family law curriculum for University of Baltimore School of Law where she is now an Associate Professor, and has served an adjunct professor at the Anne Arundel Community College. Ms. Rice has been recognized as a leading lawyer in criminal law and family law in Anne Arundel County, as one of Maryland’s Super Lawyers in family law from 2012-2016, and as one of Maryland’s Top 50 Woman Lawyers by Super Lawyers in 2016.
Ms. Rice graduated from Rollins College (B.A. 1994). She graduated Cum Laude from the University Of Baltimore School Of Law (J.D. 2000). Ms. Rice is admitted to the Maryland State Bar, United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Ms. Rice is a member of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, a Character Committee Review Board member, President Elect, and an Officer and on the Board of Trustees for the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.
